The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Senior Construction & Design Engineer, you will utilize best practices within project management principals, and have responsibility for assigned QXH capital and expense projects.

Your Impact:

Provide and hold accountability to specification development, business and planning analysis, budget development and spend management.Â
-
Accountable for project scheduling, layouts and designs, building systems function, and vendor engagement.Â
-
Use Procurement support, including RFPs, purchase orders and contracts, total project and capital budget approval management.Â
-
Collaborate with Sr. Manager regarding assignment of projects.
-
Use the US network of 3rd party construction & project management partners along with the development of standards to guide scalable and project delivery solutions across multiple sites and countries, while collaborating with CREWS colleagues in all Markets.

Interact with internal customers and CREWS colleagues to gather requirements, develop project plans, provide preliminary budget estimates and other information required to develop project plans.
What You Bring:
-
Experience recommended with management/coordination of 3rd party Project Managers/Contractors.
-
Demonstrate good customer service, with a focus on safety & responsiveness.
-
Strong understanding of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
-
Blue Beam software experience
-
Minimum Education: Industrial mechanic trade school courses or certificate (i.e., electrical, HVAC, engineering)
-
Preferred Education: Degree or advanced degree in Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Architecture or related field (advanced degree desirable).

 Working to membership of recognized and relevant Institute or body
-
Experience with space planning, building design, construction, and renovation, and industrial and governmental regulations and permitting. Experienced in multiple project management. CAD proficiency.

7 years minimum experience within a maintenance organization in a commercial or industrial environment; 10 years
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
