The Opportunity

As a Merchandising Admin, you will prioritize while completing several tasks to support the administrative needs of the Merchandising Buying Office/Operations. Important accountabilities include the creation and edits of Items and Purchase Orders. The Merch Admin works with other teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, ensures accuracy and completeness of data, and communicates issues as they arise.

Your Impact

  • You will prioritize and exhibit strong time management skills to support our merchants.
  • You will manage the creation and edits of Items and purchase Orders.
  • You will implement detailed information quickly and with accuracy.
  • You will work in a fast-paced, constantly changing multi-platform environment including E-Commerce and Video Commerce.

What You Bring

  • You have 2+ years of experience with PC and network systems including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, SAP, Airtable. If you have not worked with Airtable it is a very easy tool that we can teach.
  • High levels of focus and organization.
  • Customer service focus.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
