Are your an administrative professional that loves puzzles? QVC's Talent Acquisition Coordinator schedules candidate interviews using multiple calendars and plays an important role in candidate experience.

This is a 6-month temporary assignment.

Your Impact

  • Manage interview scheduling logistics (phone, face to face, video conference, and web) for the Talent Acquisition team and oversee all details related to interview.

  • Schedule interviews in Workday and Outlook and complete candidate actions as required in Workday

  • Ensure good candidate and team member experience by confirming interview details, resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes and urgent requests to appropriate parties

  • Organize candidate travel and communicate travel details to the candidates and hiring teams

  • Coordinate the pre-employment requirements according to market practices.

  • Collate QVC & HSN New Hire Orientation report; partner closely with IT provisioning team, ensuring equipment is shipped timely for new team members.

  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation logistics for QVC & HSN New hires

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a fast paced administrative environment is essential; a recruitment environment experience is strongly preferred

  • High level of organizational ability, juggling conflicting priorities within a time pressured environment.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Great flexibility and ability to progress a high volume of work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
