The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Change Management will be the QXH(QVC & HSN)’s ’s in-house change management expert providing thought leadership to drive strategic change initiatives and the continuous improvement of QRG’s Enterprise Change Management capabilities?. In this role, you will lead the execution of change management activities for strategic change across QxH.  This role will sit in the Strategy & Business development team responsible for supporting the successful implementation of many of our Strategic Initiatives and large-scale change work. The role will also act as a strategic contributor within our QRG Change Management Community of Practice (CoP).

 Your Impact

  • Execute Strategic Enterprise (X-Large to Large-Scale) Change Initiatives.

  • Apply a structured approach and defined tools to lead large-scale change management activities.

  • Increase change awareness, and end-user utilization and adoption to drive organizational excellence and business results.

  • Identify, coach and partner with change agents to support initiative adoption and utilization.

  • Coach project team, sponsors, and managers to lead change at the individual and team levels.

  • Support communication & training efforts in partnership with the Communications & Learning partners.

  • Drive QRG’s Change Management Strategy, Approach and Tools.

  • Act as a key contributor in the Change Management Community of Practice to drive the development and refinement of QRG’s enterprise change management strategy and change communication channels. 

  • Manage collective change readiness efforts and change communications channels to inform and engage key stakeholder groups about change initiatives.

  • Perform business impact assessments and determine the type of change impact to end user skills and behaviors, job/tasks, technology, and organizational culture.

  • Manage and coach business area change practitioners. Work with team to create and continually improve standard change approach, practice, and toolkit.

  • Provide support to business leaders, project and program managers, and project delivery teams on smaller scale initiatives and day-to-day change activities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field required.  Master’s degree preferred

  • 8 plus years of experience in partnering with and influencing senior leadership, 5 + years of experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification is strongly preferred

  • Business results oriented with an understanding of organizational issues and challenges Resilient and tenacious

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to articulate clear and concise messages to a variety of audiences, active listening skills

  • Strength in planning strategy & tactics, visionary and big picture thinker.
