QVC ジャパンの商品センターでは常時約 3 万 5000 種という膨大な数のアイテムを取り扱います。 そのため、多くのアイテムを滞りなくお客様のもとへ届けるには商品センターがスムーズに稼働しなければなりません。 それらを実現するために、商品センターの出荷チームの増強を予定しています。
【具体的な職務内容】
・商品センター内での出荷業務
- 出荷作業の段取り、工程を管理し、顧客から受注した商品を指定された
期日通りに、もしくは規定の期間内に 出荷する
- 出荷進捗のモニタリングを行い、適材適所の人材配置と業務効率を推進する
– 遅滞なくオペレーションが進むよう、現場の状況を監督する
・パート社員の勤怠、シフト、業務指示等のマネジメント業務
– パート社員とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う
– パート社員の作業生産性とリソースの計算を行い、人員配置や資材の手配、
作業内容の決定、 開始及び終了時間を決定する

・物流（ロジスティクス）業界での実務経験 1 年以上

普通自動車免許※自動車通勤推奨のため
