- Identifies deviations in the business and escalates to management as appropriate.
- Coordinates with carriers and/ or operations to identify areas of improved performance and reduction of errors and/or costs.
- Reviews daily metrics to identify and/or analyze issues and communicate those issues to carriers and/or operations and may recommend or facilitate a remedy for the issue.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with teams within operations, procurement, and IT.
- Create reporting that will be useful for leadership and analysts.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Is effective in a variety of informal or formal presentation settings to internal and external departments
- Builds strong relationships and works with peer groups and leaders across multiple departments
- Follows schedule to meet set goals and objectives
- Works on problems and roadblocks to find possible solutions.
- Experience with statistical and data modeling techniques such as SQL and advanced excel preferred
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred
