Deine Aufgaben:
- Du steuerst ein oder mehrere Warenkategorien im Einkauf
- Du unterstützt die Sortiments- und Produktstrategien sowie die Entwicklung bzw. Organisation effektiver Beschaffungsstrategien für Eigen- und Handelsmarken
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines klar positionierten und differenzierten Produktportfolios für die relevanten Kundengruppen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erreichung des Ertragsbudgets der zu verantwortenden Warenkategorien
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört deine aktive Unterstützung in Optimierung der Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Du bist zuständig für die Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Produkte, Programme und Show Konzepte
- Du bewertest und legst das Lieferantenportfolio auf der Kenntnis von Beschaffungsmärkten, Konditionen, sowie dem Markt- und Mitbewerberumfeld fest
- Du besuchst regelmäßig Messen und Lieferanten im In- und Ausland um neue zukunftsfähige Konzepte für das Multichannel-Retailing zu entwickeln
- Du präsentierst Marken und Sortimentsstrategien in Gremien
- Du stellst die rechtzeitige Platzierung von TAGs, geplanten Premieren, Kampagnen und Events sicher
- Du verhandelst mit den Lieferanten die bestmöglichen Einkaufspreise und Konditionen
- Du hast regelmäßige Lieferantenmeetings zwecks der Analyse der Produktperformance sowie der Entwicklung neuer Konzepte, welche im Einklang mit den QVC-Zielen und Qualitätsstandards sind
- Du richtest dein Handeln stets an internen und externen Anforderungen und Richtlinien aus
- Um unsere starke Position im Wettbewerb zu bewahren, erhebst du regelmäßige Markt- und Wettbewerberanalysen
Eingangsvoraussetzungen:
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Handel
- Du hast 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im nationalen/internationalen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem Multichannel Umfeld und verfügst über Produkt-/Marktkenntnisse
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der operativen Sortimentsplanung und -entwicklung
- Du verfügst über sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du kannst gut mit einkaufsrelevanten Kennzahlen umgehen und hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und ergreifst Eigeninitiative
- Du bist entscheidungsfähig, belastbar, flexibel und hast eine Problemlösementalität
- Du verfügst über Kreativität in der Produktentwicklung und Markenbildung
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Du verfügst über soziale Kompetenz und bist teamfähig
- Du hast Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office Programme
- Du verfügst über Reisebereitschaft
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
