The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Compensation Partner to join our robust Compensation team. In this role you will support the broader Compensation team in the administration, design, and implementation of complex compensation programs.  The selected candidate will also provide partnership, support, and thoughtful recommendations on compensation related requests such as internal and/or external offers, job evaluations & market pricing, ad hoc analysis, etc.

Your Impact

  • Perform Job evaluations and supports team reorgs for new and existing positions using external market survey data and internal equity analysis
  • Recommend promotional increase amounts, reclassification increases, new hire salaries, etc., in accordance with compensation guidelines
  • Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations for handling of wage and salary issues.
  • Provides analytical and/or technical compensation project support
  • Work in partnership with the extended Compensation team for various ad-hoc project and process initiatives, including:
    • Workday system testing, data validation,
    • Audits of existing compensation data to ensure data integrity
    • Pay change impact analysis
    • Compilation and preparation of spreadsheets for EIB Data Loads
    • PayFactors system data updates
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support the annual compensation planning process with Workday Comp System configuration testing, data validation and audits, and reporting needs
  • Complete annual compensation salary surveys with multiple survey vendors, complies QVC pay data and policy information for survey submissions, updates and maintains salary survey database

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a Compensation role
  • Minimum of 3 years overall business and/or HR experience preferred
  • Finance or HRIS background may also be considered
  • Intermediate to advanced level spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, databases, formulas)
  • High level of data integrity & accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of compensation policies, practices, and related laws
