The Opportunity

Are you passionate about using creative techniques to source talent? QVC's Senior Talent Sourcing Partner (Senior Recruiter) will work on end-to-end sourcing while supporting a variety of market and functional specific roles up to and including VP level searches as well as collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to design and execute strategic sourcing plans.

This is a 6-month temporary assignment.

Your Impact

  • Execute passive candidate sourcing (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, job board mining, etc.) and manager candidate experience

  • Proactively develop diverse candidate pipelines within specified SLAs across varied business areas

  • Leverage technology to discover and sustain leads, referrals, and other potential prospects 

  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable TA team and hiring managers to be best informed on industry trends

  • Develop and maintain a broad professional network of top talent

  • Partner with Diversity and Inclusion partners and University Relations team

  • Stay current and informed on latest recruiting techniques, labor market trends and best practices and ensure that knowledge share, training, coaching and mentoring is provided to other Talent Acquisition team members

  • Review resumes and prescreen candidates for credentials and appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology or related business studies or equivalent experience/education combination

  • 5+ years of passive candidate sourcing experience up to and including VP level searches delivering end to end sourcing strategies within an in-house or RPO environment 

  • Experience creating/maintaining talent pools for current and future openings

  • Experience leveraging online recruiting resources, such as niche job boards, associations, LinkedIn, ATS (Workday), etc.

  • Experience sourcing/recruiting technology talent highly desired
