Senior Specialist (m/w/d) Personalentwicklung / Learning & Development
In Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 30h/Woche), zunächst befristet bis zum 30.09.2022
Deine Aufgaben:

Du trägst Verantwortung für die Planung, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von bedarfsorientierten Lernlösungen mit hoher Durchschlagskraft, um die Lernprioritäten weltweit und im Markt zu erfüllen.

Du schaffst und pflegst Beziehungen mit Experten aus allen Bereichen des Business, um die wichtigsten Lernziele für das Unternehmen zu identifizieren, abzubilden und abhängig von der individuellen Lösung zu evaluieren, ob diese selbst entwickelt oder eingekauft wird.

Du entwirfst und visualisierst didaktisch fundierte und interaktive Lösungen (Classroom/E-Learning), und arbeitest dabei eng zusammen mit unseren HR-Kollegen, Training Partnern, Koordinatoren und weiteren Kollegen.

Du führst Trainings selber durch und evaluierst deren Erfolg.

Du bist stets auf dem Laufenden in Bezug auf Branchenentwicklungen und beobachtest neue Trends

Du agierst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Führungskräfte des Business und weißt dadurch stets, wie sich die Anforderungen an den Bereich Learning verändern.

Du stellst sicher, dass lokale Initiativen nach einheitlichen globalen Entwicklungsstandards und -Praktiken durchgeführt werden.
Eingangsvoraussetzungen:

Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss, z.B. im Bereich Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Fortbildungen

Du besitzt mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development (Design und Durchführung), vorzugsweise in der Erwachsenenbildung und Führungskräfteentwicklung

Du kommunizierst sicher auf allen Unternehmensebenen und agierst dabei stets lösungsorientiert und effektiv
-
Du begegnest unseren Kundenwünschen mit hoher Flexibilität und Kreativität und gestaltest somit innovative Trainings
-
Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte zu managen, Prioritäten zu setzen sowie Budgets und Fristen einzuhalten.

Du präsentierst sicher vor Menschengruppen und hast Spaß daran, Trainings selber durchzuführen
-
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
-
Du besitzt ein gutes Gespür für Technologien und Systeme (SAP, MS Office, Articulate Storyline usw.)
